Measurement of grippers and fixtures for production lines
The project consists of the measurement of grippers and fixtures for production lines. Three technicians carrying out the measurements from LUMACO, s.r.o., who measure finished grippers and fixtures, which are also assembled by workers from LUMACO, s.r.o., are working on the project.
Measurement works consist of:
- Measurement of finished products
- Correction/adjustment so that the final products meet the required parameters according to design documentation
- Issue of a measuring report
We use the following devices for the measurement:
- FARO Laser Tracker Vontage – software PolyWorks Inspector Probing
- FARO Arm Prime 8 – software PolyWorks Inspector Probing
- FARO Arm Edge 12 – software PolyWorks Inspector Probing
